About the Project
Khunu is a new species of woolen knitwear. Combining adventure, premier products and social responsibility is at the heart of Khunu's philosophy. By hand-combing the yak once a year by nomad families, a non-industrialized wool collection process is used. Khunu yak wool is warmer and softer than merino wool and more durable than cashmere.
When the company launched the brand and introduced an online store, 6 Square was tapped for a quick turnaround and to leverage seasonal opportunities. With a focus on short leads, we assisted in sharing news and concentrated on trends. We armed the media with facts and visuals about the benefits of yak wool and sent along samples so that they could test it themselves.
