About the Project
After quitting their chaotic lifestyle in London, England, the owners of Nudo Italia moved to an olive grove in the Italian countryside of Le Marche. They wanted to share their experience and came up with the idea to allow anyone to own a piece of the grove by adopting an olive tree. By adopting a tree you will be sent olive oil from the tree's produce for a whole year. Imagine dunking your bread in your oil from your own olive tree miles and miles away on a hill in Italy...
The concept was originally only offered abroad, so when Nudo decided to offer the American public a chance to adopt one of the trees from the estate they hired 6 Square to assist in spreading the word.
Objective: To launch Nudo to U.S. consumers and influencers in the already noisy and crowded olive oil product space.
Results: We knew we needed to be creative to capture the attention of editors. So, working closely with Nudo's public relations firm in the U.K., we launched a campaign to introduce the Nudo concept with a memory "stick" that included all of the information they needed. We organized a press tour with the most influential editors in the industry, and continued to pitch ongoing stories. We focused on the timely demand for organic products and artisanal farming.
